Benefits and Feature comparison between ver.6.0.2 and 6.1.1

Happy New Year to all fellow Networkers,

We are planning a massive 6.1.1 upgrade from 6.0.2.
I want to know if anyone has a matrix or docs or any
kind of information about the features, benefits and risks of moving from ver. 6.0.2 to 6.1.1.

Any kind of information will be very helpful.
