Using Avaya BEM 62.0.5 and when I try to launch the Call Pilot I am getting an error window and it stops. Any suggestions? I can still get to it via the actual IP address.

Yes Java is up to date and IE is set as the default and I still get the error when I request a WEB PAGE or try to launch the Call Pilot / Contact Center

Againt the .BEM folder, you might need to change the permissions to allow everyone or make sure that your account has full control.
