BEM BUG 62.05 - Name of folder

Business Element Manager 62.05
I cannot say about other versions, 62.05 was the one I was using at the time.

All of sudden all my element folders were deleting permanently.
Restarted and Reinstalled BEM with no help.

I finally realized the name of the folder does not like the "&" sign.
I tested G&P and A&A Records.

Both wiped out the summary.xml file so when I restarted BEM there were no folders period.

I also have not tried another PC yet.

I've lost the "summary.xml" file a couple of times and I always keep a copy in more than one place. I think Java might have been the cause for me when I did an update.
