How does a P phone prevent number portability?
The P phone is proprietary to Northern Telecom DMS10 and DMS100 switches. Used to offer Meridian Digital Centrex services. It has NO control over LNP! Who convinced you that it does?

Thank you SYQUEST for the response. I'm with you. I cannot figure out why this would hold up porting.. The CLEC is being told by AT&T that the P phone service is holding up porting. It caused my first cut to be pushed. The CLEC is requesting another LNP FOC. We'll see what happens.
