BellSouth DSL Westell Wirespeed Firewall Issue

I recently swithced from DirecTV DSL, which issued me a static IP, to BellSouth DSL, which issues a dynamic IP. The problem I seem to be having I can no longer host multiplayer games due to Westell Wirespeed modem apparently setting up a firewall. How can I remedy this situation with this particular modem/DSL provider?

go to internet explorer, go to

http://192.168.1.254

, click on expert mode, go to configure, go to ip passthrough, then enable IP passthrough
