I'm having some difficulty getting the right people on the phone at BellSouth business to help rectify an outbound caller-id problem with four PRIs. Our Service Consultant doesn't seem to understand the problem, and I don't have the technical expertise to speak directly to the translation techs. johnpoole, are you out there?
