Belkin USB adaptor query

I have one of these for my laptop. The problem is every time I shut the laptop down and disconnect the adaptor, it loses the connection settings. The Belkin software has a profile manager setting, but this is grayed out. I need to connect to 2 networks wirelessly and this is a pain, esp at home where I have to set up the ISP DNS servers for TCP/IP.

Laptop is running XP Pro SP1 (haven't had the courage to install SP2 yet!)

If sunflower oil comes from sunflowers, and vegetable oil comes from vegetables, where does baby oil come from?

I have a USB adapter on mine, Belkin also and I don't have this issue. Maybe uininstall and reinstall again. I just checked and it works on my laptop XP SP1 and my PC XPSP2

Reinstalling didn't work.

I found a cheap pc card version and the software supplied with this works fine.
