Belkin Pre N router blocking VPN access

It seems like my Belkin Router is blocking any VPN access, DoS, even though I've opened up ports 500, 50-51 and 1723.

Any ideas?

Even when I turn off the firewall, the VPN does not seem to connect.

Any ideas?
