Have been installing a wireless network with a Belkin Pre N modem/router with 2 laptops and a pc.
Set up using WPA (PSK) security
The 2 laptops have built in wireless and are working fine.
On the pc, I installed a Pre N network card, with the associated Belkin software utility. This doesn't support WPA out of the box (I'd love to know why), so I had to change the Advanced settings to allow the Microsft service to take over. Did this, and the card seems to be connected to the router. However, I can't get out to the internet, and can't even ping the router.
I've disabled the firewall on the PC (Panda Titanium 2005), but still no joy.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
When you look into these eyes, I hope you realise, they could never be blue.
