Belkin error BCMWLTRY.EXE

hi i am using a PCI belkin wireless card and everytime i installl the drivers and utility for it i get bcmwltry.exe has generated an error.

this is happening on windows 2K machines i have downloaded new drivers, re-installed several time.

any suggestions would be great
