beizer paint-tool?

Hello....
I wonder if there is a beizer paint (line-drawing) tool out there for GIMP. I have only found the beizer-selection tools, but thats not what I am after.. I wan't to be able to create lines with the tool, a bit like you can in 3d-studio max.

Another query I have is if there exist a tool for bending a textline... But after some reading in this forum I realized that there exists no such thing. I wanted print some text on a CD-label, and have it in one circle on the edges..

If you use a bezier selection tool then use stroke it will be like a bezier paint tool
