being accessed by some unknown clients

I have a new site which was handled by XOOPS, but I dont know why the # of guest in online user block has up to 60 ~ 70 but I dont think many guys will know my site...

and they make my online user block messy since they get dont nothing on my site, no a reader.

How can I block them? just let the one who really a guest on my site?
