EDIT: OK, I answered my question before I posted this, but thought I'd go ahead and post it for the next poor sap like me who's beating his head against the wall...
-------Q-------
I have two MICS, each with a call pilot 150 for AA & VM.
Both systems have outside lines answered by the AA.
On one system, I can dial in, dial an extension. When I get that extensions VM box, pressing * will drop me back to the AA.
On the other system though, when I get a extensions VM box, pressing * disconnects me. Grrr...
Any thoughts where I should be looking to change that behavior?
-------A--------
And the answer...(assuming use of the web interface):
Under Auto Attendant, go to General Properties and place a check mark beside "Return to Auto-Attendant".
---------------------
I'd rather learn from other peoples mistakes than have them learn from mine!
