behaving differently with win/linux:problem with loadpicture

Hi,
I have probelm with loadpicture function at server side of asp script.

Error msg is:

Type mismatch 'undefined'

Actually this function works fine with windows but on Linux Hosting asp chillisoft webserver..This is problem

Everything if fine..I mean path/filename/security..even then

Can anybody help to solve this problem

Actually Iam trying to find Ht and width at server side--this my actual requirement..anyway
