beginning of vm recordings missing

anyone know why beginning of recordings are not being recorded?

Two M1s w/ centralized Octel VM
site A calls site B
Site B fnas to Octel in Site A
gets greeting and recording beep records message
Site A plays message and beginning of message was not recorded (10secs.)
