Beginning a list of Caveats for IPO 9, please add to them!

FYI:

Do NOT use the upgrade wizard on a Brand New Out of Box IPO 8.x to upgrade to 9. Plug the SD Card directly in to your PC and use SD Card Re-create.

If you fire up a new 8.1 with intentions of putting 9 on, make CERTAIN you do NOT make a phone call on the 8.x or you WILL have to have an upgrade license to goto 9. Avaya removed the 90 day grace period for upgrades.

Avaya removed the entitlement period a year ago....this should be relabled 8.1 Caveats.

Indeed, this was well during 8.1, I'm not sure why so many seem to be surprised by it now
