Beginner Win32 Programmer: "List Control" API functions

Hello All, I have the following question.
I want to create a "List Control" child window ona dialog box to display the contents of 11 24-bit registers in the binary format. I could not find in the Win32 API documentation how i could accomplish this. Could you please point me to how i could create a "List Control" child window and manipulate it to add columns etc.
