I am a beginner who is starting to work with cisco routers.

Which is the best router to get my hands on for testing an config'in at home on high bandwith??

Anyone please help !

Sorry to answer a question with a question, but exactly what do you mean by "high bandwidth"?

If you're talking about ISDN, you're best off with something like a 2503 (2 serial, 1 ethernet, 1 BRI), or a 2501 if you've got your own DSU/CSU.
If you're talking about DSL or cable modem, you could use a 2514 (2 ethernet, 2 serial).
