I have never had to use this but now is the time. I'm really sorry for such a dumb question but how do I use debug? I read about it but cannot find where to put the IP Address of the VM. Any "patiently" given help would be much appreciated.

You mean debug view for vmpro?
You need to run it on the VMPRo server itself.
Then it will automatically connect and show everything you need.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Got it! Thanks for the patience.

The other question is how do I put this on the Applications Server? I will look at docs but if someone knows I would appreciate it.

There no debug view for Linux.
Log in on the webcontrol page.
Go to settings and set the loggin to verbose.
Then make a test call.
Then go to logs and download the voicemail log.

OK, thanks for sparing me an unproductive search.

Great question, and great response. I haven't been in this situation yet, but I know it is coming...
