Beginner question

Hello,
I have never worked with ms project before and am supposed to copy a training schedule into ms project (based on a pdf file).(I can email the pdf if that helps).
It is basically a training programm with two modules (training a and b) which is tought to groups of teams (5 groups, team a and b each). Each training is conducted on one day and only for one team (first module team1a, second module team1a, first module team1b, second module team1b). the next day, the same but then for team 2a and b. All trainings happen in the month of october.

I have no clue how to set up the structure with the task lists.
Any tips?

Hi Chris,

I would set up your training module training classes as tasks in Project. Set up your trainers and trainees and then assign the trainers and trainees to the training classes.
