I am using Dreamweaver on a Mac so I understand it will be SLIGHTLY different than on Windows...

I know how to change the color for all the links on a page, going through the Modify-Page Properties-Links process but I am lost on finding a way to change each individual link on the page. Please reply...

Thank You Much!

P.S: I'm only 15 years old but I will do my best to interpret any information you could give me. Thanks again...

Tek Tips is a site for IT professionals and given your age I'm assuming you aren't yet an IT pro :)

However, I'll answer your question and offer some advice also. I'm a firm believer in educating early - one day you may well be building a site I might want to use and it'll be much easier if you know the 'right' way to do things ;-)

You would change the individual link colours using CSS.
Set up a CSS class for the new colour and apply it to the link.

Now, the 'science bit'.
Don't do it.
Why do I say that? Because, for reasons of clarity, usability and accessiblity links on your site should have a common appearance so people know they are links.
It's probably acceptable to change the appearnce of links in special cases such as navigation bars from those within body text. But by and large you should attempt to maintain consistency.

Not only does it help accessibility but also will probably go a long way in helping the design of the site too.
