BEFW11S4 opening a port

I have a Wireless-B Broadband Router Model #BEFW11S4 and I was told to "to make sure port 9090 is open inbound on your firewall" so I need to know how to open this port inbound. I am not real familiar with routers but I can log into it and make changes I just don't want to make the wrong changes.
I am setting up spam software on our mail server at work and I was told this by the guy from the software company.
