BEFVP41 site-to-site VPN to Cisco 3000 series

Hi, I was wondering if anyone was able to do get a BEFVP41 site-to-site VPN to Cisco 3000 series fully functional? About 6 months ago I was able to get the tunnel up w/ IPSEC but I wasn't able to ping from anywhere. Since then I upgraded the 3000 from it's original Altiga code to the latest Cisco code (as of 3 months ago). Also if you have had success, were you able to talk to from the Linksys to multiple subnets behind the 3000? Thanks.
