I have 2 vpns to employees homes with IP phones.

Main office: 192.168.1.0
VPN 1: 192.168.2.0
VPN 2: 192.168.3.0

If I want to build a routing table to route between the 2.0 and 3.0 subnets, do I have to turn on NAT?

What would the routing table look like? What would be the gateway from the 3.0 network, the 3.1 router or the 1.1 router?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you need to communicate between 2 and 3 you will have to configure a VPN tunnel between them
