BEFSX41 VPN Set up

I have a DSL conection with dynamic IP address and a BEFSX41 router I want to conect to my office from home using a XP client and my DSL modem but I cannot make it happen. Could someone tell me step by step how to do this.

Is the dynamic IP address and Linksys router at your home? What type of equipment is at your office, and is there a static IP address there?
