Thanks

I've got a Linksys BEFSX41 Firewall Router that i an trying to setup on a small network. The PC i'm trying to install the router from is running Windows 2000 Pro.

I have an adsl connection that runs fine (using D-Link DSL300G+ external modem).

When i plug the router in i get a message in my desktop taskbar saying 'Network cable unplugged' which flashes on and off. On the BEFSX411 router i see the LEDs in column 4/DMZ flashing also (connection, dropped connection, connection, dropped connection...)

If i plug my modem back in a permanent connection is established (100mps flicks up on task bar).

Any help would be appreciated...

Thanks in advance

Ben
