Before Tax deductions - Canadian Payroll

Does anyone else have problems getting the proper tax to deduct when there is a before tax RRSP deduction?

I just sent our vendor all the screen shots, and have tried several different setups, but it should be pretty basic. If you set up an RRSP dedn as Before Tax, there should be less tax deducted when RRSP is deducted.

We tried with and without the RRSP and same tax comes off.

I've tried Group RRSP, Employee RRSP, different paycode references but nothing works.

I did some more testing, and when the income code is a bonus, and the paycode type is also bonus, it won't work.

I put in a request to have this changed!
