Ok so i switched my two computers video cards with each other. and have the same problem on both. when the computer starts i get bios beeps (1 long 3 short) but if i unplug the monitor plug when starting up theres no beeps and it starts fine. then i plug in monitor card and it works fine. so the prob is that it beeps when i have the monitor cable plugged in and starting up. but not if i leave it out and plug it in. cards are both ati and one is all in wonder 7000 series i believe and other is rage pro
