Beeping on Speed dial

When I upgraded my CPU software from R10 to R12, I just used the ISDN and this was fine. However, now when I add trunks to the LCR for alternative routing, such as when the ISDN fails, it beeps when an external number is stored in a speed dial bin on a dterm. It gives a very similar sound to the disconnection sound but after about 4 or 5 beeps it connects the call. This is obviously annoying. Does anyone know how to take this off? i.e. the beeping? (This is on the PBC version of the IPS 2000).

Those beeps are probably side tones, and nothing can really be done about that.
