Hi Coolicepbx
eventually this helps ?
Digital sets default to produce audible key clicks whenever keys are touched on the keypad. Clicks are generated during Activity Code entry and these clicks can be perceived as an interruption in the conversation with the caller. The tone is NOT fed back to the caller, however sidetone properties of certain headset/handsets may overlap on the transmit leg. This option can be turned off on the set by:
- Depressing the Program Key.
- Key in 09 for the Key Click option - Display will show "Key Click ON".
- Use the volume bar <<<---------->>> to toggle the value to OFF.
- Depress the Program key for the entry to take effect.
Note that this will turn off the audible key click for ALL telephony input, not just Activity Code entry.
