I want to know if there's a way to advice to an agent through a beep or similar if a call is close to reach certain amount of minutes of duration. The reason behind is that we have a carrier that customers uses to call us that is a premium number in Europe so after 30 min of duration they terminate the call. Our idea is to advice the agent in the minute 28 or so though a beep so they now in advance that the call will be terminated.
