When on a call (primary dn) and a second call comes in, is there a way to get rid of that tone signifying another call? I thought of trying SCN but wanted to know if there was anything else maybe in CLS? There are a couple of people that don't want it becasue when on a conference call it interupts the call on speaker phone.

no you can make it a scn, fita in class makes it a repeated ring, might take it out and add a call waiting key, i don't knwoif those beep or just flash... a dnd button on the phone will stop the sound during a conf
