Beep on Phone 3

Anyone know how to get rid of a beep sound being passed to the phones every 15sec ? , the phone aint recorded so its down just to the handset..thanks !

You don't THINK the phone is being recorded ;-)

do you have a timer beep setup with your phone company?

is the call going via an "expensive" route? then the system can warn u with beeps

Hi , i know they aint being recorded , it seems to beep every 15 sec but only on his phone and no one else's

Swap with another set and see if it stops.If so the set is bad.if it still does it move it to another TN.If it still persists see how his calls are routed out of the switch and see if it is different from the others' sets.Stupid question but he doesn't have a headset does he? Low battery indicator maybe.
