Beep on bcm 50

I have a bcm50 that has a beep at times, it is networked with a bcm 400 on voice over ip.The beep is heard at the bcm 50 only.I would appreciate any help on this problem.

There is a patch for the BCM 50. I had this issue a few times and you can clear it up easy. This is a known issue for Nortel.
