Beep during Telephone call

we have a extension in which you can hear small beeps during a conversation. But it is not alsways.
It is no ACD extension or voicemail box.

Any Suggestions???

Could be Call-waiting tone. check SERV digits D3 and D4 in extension category

Problem solved,

The user of this extension called us to say that it was the battery of the headset which was beeping in her ear.

At first we did not know she was using a headset.
