I have 2 servers with exact hardware config. Installed with Win2K and BrightStor Enterprise Backup v10.0 with SP1 and DR option. The server has 3 partitions (4GB C:, 20GB D: & 20GB E:) all formatted in FAT32.
When I use the full backup from one server to perform DR to the other server. During the last step of DR process in the DR wizard, all the command buttons (like, create partition and delete partition) are dimmed. I cannot create the partitions for the D: and E:. The partition information that I got from the DR wizard is partition C: and a Raw partition. Since the cmd buttons are disabled, I cannot create the partitions for D: and E:. At the end, I can only restore the C partition. I had tried to pre-partition the drive first before I start the DR. But it also fails.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Have you made sure your doing your full backups by using computer name resolution instead of static ip?

Also, make sure your names are being resolved correctly.

Let me know how this goes,
