BEB 10.5 and Netware backups

I use BrightStor Enterprise Backup 10.5 to backup Unix, Windows and Netware servers. I continually have problems with the Netware backups/restores. I don't want to call CA about it since they will have me 'send 500 log files' and this and that. I've found that BEB and Netware just don't play well together. Does anyone backup Netware with 10.5 with success? If so, how do you do it?
