BEA WLS 8.1 SP5 - Starting Problems

Hello,

if i try to start my Managed Server i become following message.:

The server exiting with the message FAILED

Can please somebody help me?

Found this as a solution on Dev2Dev...

user_domain\user_server\ldap\conf\replicas.prop edit the file and delete all the contents , and add this message

replica.num=0

This file will be overriden by weblogic server once it is started, along with date and time.
