Bea Compiler Errors

Using BEA 8.1 and noticing that on occasion I get different numbers of errors at each compile despite making no changes. Does anyone alse get this problem and can suggest what should be done to overcome ? This seems to happen when I am using 'reflection'.

Any ideas welcome !!
