This is in relation to one of the thread in MS windows 2000 server forum by Ghulk "UDP Packets flooding my DMZ". Our conclusion there is BE9 and HPnetserver is not compatible. Well I guess now we are wrong my conclusion is that BE9 installed with win2k server connected to a router (for my part is Cisco) for internet connection will cause the same problem. (My IBM xseries server encountered it and I don't know what I'm going to do with my BE9 now, Is it a waste of money buying this product???)
UPD packets will flood and it happens when sqlsrvr.exe will go beserk and hit 90% cpu usage. The only way to bring back the server is to reboot and after 2 to 4 hours it will happen again.
BE 8.6 got no issues like this, can anybody HELP.
For more information.. pls read "UDP Packets flooding my DMZ" thread by ghulk on windows 2000 server forum.
