BE9.1 and invalid credentials

I have seen this twice in the last couple weeks. Valid user is setup for the credentials of the backup job. In the backup policy, on the Open Files option page.. Assuming Open File option is not present.. If no other open file options are selected, the job runs fine and everything backs up. If the 3rd option is selected (backup open file with a lock), the entire file set will fail because of invalid username or password. If I change it to any other option, the backup will go fine.

In one case I resolved it by creating a completely new username and using this user when attaching to the filesets, but that is rediculous, especially when I know the username I'm using is valid..

Any one else seen this?
