I have an Exchange 2000 Active-Passive Cluster all on SP3, and am using Backup Exec 9.0 as a Cluster Resource and when I browse the Remote Selection searching for the Exchange Virtual Server I see it ok but when I open it up to view the Exchange Resources, Storage Groups etc. I am unable to see them. If I browse to a non-cluster Exchange 2000 server I am able to open this up and can see the Exchange Resources ok, all are available for backing up.

I have 2 Exchange Licences, one for each Physical Node installed.

Anybody able too help?

TIA.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > VERITAS > Backup Exec > Engine > NTFS folder, change the Restrict Anonymous Support dword from value of 0-->1. Do this on both nodes. You will have to use Cluster Administrator to stop/start the Backup Exec services to make this take effect.

Hope this helps!

Spot on Qdog - thanks for your help.
