BE8.6 Exchange IS backup

Hi,

I have different sites where we use BE8.6 to backup some servers, also Exchange 2000 is being backupped, a BE agent has been installed so is an open file option and an Exchange agent.

Here is my issue, at one site I can browse the domain, select the exchange server and put a check mark in front of the Exchange information store to backup the whole Exchange DB, but on another site the same agents are installed but I don't see the option Exchange Information store, only Exchange mailboxes to backup.

What do I have to configure to setup an Exchange database backup for this site?

I cannot find any differences between the two sites.
