I have one server running Version 9.0 that almost every day gives me the following error which seems to be more of an annoyance. Everything backs up fine but won't perform the maintenance only on rare occasions. Any ideas why?

Event Type: Error

Event ID: 57348
Date: 1/9/2004
Time: 4:00:03 AM
User: N/A

I'm running version 9.1 and have the same problem. Try going to program files>veritas>backup exec>nt and run the BE Utility. Expand all media servers in the left window. In the right window left click the server you want to perform maintenance on and select repair database. after that, run check db consistency, age db, compact db, and rebuild indices. Hope this helps.
