BE Ver. 7.3 Fails w/ "drive is not responding" error

Hi, I am having problems with BE Ver. 7.3. 1 out of 5 backup jobs fail weekly. I am backing up NT Server. I have the error log pasted below to provide a clue. Thanks!!!
