BE v9.0 failing, can't find error code

We just rolled out our new network. We've got a brande new tape drive using BE 9.0 attached to a NAS device. I just got the BE software installed and ran my first backup and get the following error under job completion status:


Job ended: Thursday, May 29, 2003 at 9:40:06 AM
Completed status: Failed
Final error code: a00084af HEX
Final error description: Directory or File was not found, or could not be accessed.

Final error category: Job Errors

This shows under ERRORS:

Directory \\sample-HQ\C:\WINNT\SYSVOL\sysvol\sample.com\DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

This happens on each of the three servers I'm trying to backup. The directory is there when I check, so I'm thinking it's something to do with the rights, but my biggest issue is attempting to look up the error code it shows. I've been to the Veritas site and haven't had any success in locating it. I've found some that are close, but not my specific error.

Can anyone help me out on this? Is there a site out there aside from Veritas that may have better tools for looking up these codes or maybe point me in the right direction?

By any chance have you installed SP1 for Backup Exec v9.

I was able to correct this problem after installing SP1.

I'm pretty new with Veritas products. Wasn't aware of a service pack. I'll look into it and let you know.
