BE v9.0 client will not install on NT 4.0 server 1

BE v9.0 client will not install on NT 4.0 server, sp 6a. I have pushed to about 60 servers no problem. Just having trouble with this one. I get a Dr. Watson error when runing the setupaa.cmd script.

I can install the BE v8.6 client fine.
