Be notified if exchange rejects e-mail due to size restriction

We have a customer who regularly sends print jobs to us with large attachments. On occasion these attachments exceed the message size limit of our exchange server and the customer is kicked back a message saying the message was rejected due to size restrictions. My questions is, is it possible for our exchange to notify not only the customer but the recipient of the rejected e-mail as well?
