BE not showing Exch2K Info Store as something to back up???

Hey, I have an Exchange 2K server with BackupExec Remote agent on it. When I go into the BE controls to select what should be backed up, the message store (M is not even show up as an option. All the services are started and logged in, and BE thinks its ready to go....

Ideas?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > VERITAS > Backup Exec > Engine > NTFS folder, change the Restrict Anonymous Support dword from value of 0-->1. Do this on both nodes. You will have to use Cluster Administrator to stop/start the Backup Exec services to make this take effect.
