I am using Backup Exec 7.2 with an Overland Data LXB2110 auto changer. No matter what, if I have a tape in slot 0 and slot 9 and all the other slots are empty, I tell it to perform an operation on the tape in slot 0, it will get the tape, put it in the drive, perform it's operation, ask me to remove the media from slot 9 and then put the tape into slot 9. This is even though it sees the other media in slot 9 and the other slots empty. It will not eject the media to any other slot! Even if there isn't any media in slot 9 it will ask me to remove it and even if it gets the tape from slot 9 it will ask me to remove the media from slot 9 before it will put the tape back.

BE Ejects media only to slot 9 of magazine even if something is there
